On Aug 7th at 1:18 am EDT Spacex successfully launched a Falcon 9, re-used block 5 from  Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida Space Launch Complex 40 carrying the Merah Putih communications satellite for Telkom Indonesia. Merah Putih, previously known as Telkom 4, will provide C-band telecommunications services over Indonesia and India, replacing the aging Telkom 1 communications craft. The Merah Putih satellite was built by Space Systems/Loral.ny.
